摘要
为了了解结合元认知知识的教学方法对健美操教学效果的影响,通过教学实验进行检验,结果表明:结合元认知知识的教学方法有助于提高健美操选修课学生的学习水平,在使用元认知的教学方法时,同时也提高了学生的元认知能力。
In order to find out the effect of aerobic teaching link to the metacognition training,teaching experimentation was implemented in this study.The result indicated that the teaching link to the metacognition training plays a positive role in the aerobic teaching and at the same time it can improve the ability of metacognition.
