摘要
采用文献资料法和对象追踪法研究了湖南体彩发展问题,阐述了湖南体彩发行现状和存在的问题,探讨了湖南体彩新模式实施的可行性,提出了在构建和谐社会过程中完善湖南体彩发展的建议。
The purpose of this paper is to study the solution to HPCL(Hunan Physical Culture Lottery) to its progress by searching literatures and tracing objects.Firstly,the present conditions and existing difficulties about HPCL are introduced.Then the feasibility of implementing the developed mode on HPCL is discussed and the suggestion on perfecting the developing means about HPCL given on the Process of Constructing the Harmonious Society.
