摘要
本文通过对教育平等概念、层次及我国现阶段存在的教育不平等现象的分析,阐释了远程教育作为一种教育模式,在办学形式和信息资源利用两方面与教育平等理念相吻合的基础,对推进教育平等进程有着相当大的意义。但是,这种推进应当在以政治、经济、社会和文化为基础的社会大环境中进行,并实现教育平等化进程中远程教育与社会发展的良性互动。
On the analysis of the concept and levels of educational equality, as well as the unequal phenomenon, the article explains distance education, as a new model, can promote educational equality. However, the promotion can be only realized in a certain society with certain political, economic social and cultural bases. The purpose is to realize a sound mutual promotion between distance education and social development.
