摘要
镀锌钢板在实际生产、运输过程中,往往会遇到不同的气候及环境而遭受严重腐蚀,因此研究镀锌钢板在自来水、蒸馏水、去离子水中的腐蚀行为,介质的湿度为100%RH,分别在20±2℃,30±2℃,40±2℃,50±2℃,60±2℃下测镀锌钢板开始腐蚀的时间及腐蚀速度.结果表明:室温时自来水中全浸泡的镀锌钢板腐蚀速度最低.50℃以下时,腐蚀速率V蒸馏水>V去离子水>V自来水.静态粉末法的测定结果表明:气相缓蚀剂N对镀锌钢板有明显的缓蚀效果.
The galvanized steel sheet usually is severely corroded during transportation and production under various climate and environment.So the corrosion behavior of galvanized steel sheet in the running water,the distilled water and the deionized water is studied.The humidity is 100%RH.The time of corrosion beginning and the rate of corrosion are tested at 20±2℃,30±2℃,40±2℃,50±2℃,60±2℃.The result shows that the corrosion rate of galvanized steel sheet is the slowest in running water at room temperature.The sequence of corrosion rate is V_(distilled water)>V_(deionized water)>V_(running water) below 50 ℃.The vapor phase inhibitor N is obviously effective for the galvanized steel sheet by testing with static powder method.
