How to Improve RS485 Communication Reliability in Measure and Control System

摘要 针对RS485通信在实际应用中的问题,分析了产生的原因,从硬件、软件和通信组网三个方面重点提出了提高RS485通信可靠性的具体措施。在硬件设计中,通过选用合适的RS485收发器件并对收发器的输出端实施保护措施来提高通信的可靠性。在软件设计中,通过控制数据包的收发时序提高通信效率。通信组网主要涉及系统供电、线缆选择、线路拓扑和接地等。 Focus on the problems of RS485 communicaiton in the practice application,it is analysed for the causes and correspord measures to improve the RS485 communication reliability from three aspects of hardware,software and communicaton network.In the hardware design,the measures of using appropriatetransmitter and receiver of RS485 and protecting the fan-out of tranmitter and reciever are raised to improve the communication reliability.In the software design,the measures of controlling the time sequence of transmitting and receiving data packet are raised to improve the communication efficiency.Communication network is concerned on system power supply,wire select,network top and earthing.
