摘要
针对《测量不确定度表示指南》(GUM)中不确定度合成的不足之处,提出了基于蒙特卡罗方法的测量不确定度合成,该方法不受直接测量量相关性的限制,同时受问题条件限制的影响小,而且不用区分A类、B类不确定度,使不确定度评定简单化。由于蒙特卡罗方法直接使用的是误差的概率密度函数,而非平均值、标准差及自由度,因此它避免了GUM中的一些近似。
It uses the theory of Monte Carlo to evaluate the combined standard uncertainty in order to solve the defects of the evaluation of combined standard uncertainty in GUM.This method can be used widely,and it doesn't be affected by the relativity of measurement.Moreover,it need not distinguish the type A and type B uncertainty,so that the evaluation of combined standard uncertainty becomes much easier.The theory of Monte Carlo uses the probabililty density function rather than the mean,standard deviation or degree of freedom;therefore it avoids the approximation in the evaluation of combined standard uncertainty in GUM.
