摘要
利用小波包分解岸桥铰接处的故障信号,对分解后各频带的信号进行统计量--裕度指标的计算,提取特征参数,发现经过尺度为5的小波包分解后,在2625~2750Hz频段内,平滑裕度指标随着岸桥铰接处轨道的高度差的增加,存在着一定的变化规律.
The fault signal of the hinge of crane is analysed with the wavelet packet.Then the analysis techniques of statistic,the clearance factor calculating are applied in the characteristic parameter extraction.After dimensions for 5 of the wavelet packets and statistic analysis,the statistics for smooth clearance factor are increased as the increase of the difference in height of the crane hinge,in 2625~2750 Hz frequency channels.
