摘要
综述了国内外对多孔炭材料和沸石分子筛相结合形成的炭基-沸石复合材料的研究进展。重点分析了以多孔炭材料为载体,制备新型炭基-沸石复合膜的合成、性能及应用。采用水热合成法,直接在炭材料载体上利用沸石生长制备炭基-沸石复合膜,沸石不易在惰性的炭材料表面成核生长、形成连续膜层,而引入沸石晶种再成膜是一种良好的炭基-沸石复合膜制备方法。分析了引入晶种不同方法成膜的特点,对炭基-沸石复合膜材料的应用和发展进行了展望。
The synthesis and application of novel carbon-based zeolite composite films from zeolite and porous carbon are reviewed in detail.The synthesis,structure and properties of carbon-based zeolite composite films are summarized.Without zeolite seeds,a continuous zeolite layer can not be formed on the carbon surface.It is a good method for the preparation of carbon-based zeolite films using pre-seeding on the carbon surface,subsequent hydrothermal synthesis.Also the potential applications and prospect of carbon-based zeolite composite films are prospected.
