摘要
通过生态雄性不育材料PTS与常规品种(系)杂交,考察杂种后代育性、农艺性状等,发现该材料与多个父本杂交,呈现不同的恢复度,通过选择不同的父本生态类型,广泛测交,可选育恢复度90%-95%以上的组合。F1对低温短日的敏感性弱于PTS,育性基本稳定。该材料具有矮秆、大穗、分蘖力强,成穗率高、穗层整齐等优点。以PTS为雄性不育系配制小麦杂交种,通过与大量常规品种(系)进行广泛测配,可以选择出具有强恢复能力,并且恢复能力年际间表现十分稳定的亲本材料。
To understand fertile and agronomic characters of F1 , the ecological male sterile line PTS were crossed with 30 wheat varieties (lines). The results showed that F1 was the different restore degree ranged 90%-95%. The F1was less sensibility to low tempreture and short sunlight than PTS. FI fertile was stable. PTS was a short stem,large spike, strong tillering,high percentage of earbearing tiller and good order of spike component. PTS as the male sterile can be made-up to the hybrid. The enough capacity restore lines could be selected during wide-ranging crossed with a large number varieties (lines), and its restore capacity was stability during years.
