摘要
西北地区煤炭资源丰富,但水资源极其贫乏,水环境容量相对有限。煤炭加工转化技术项目在促进区域经济发展的同时,也面临着水资源短缺的供需矛盾。针对西北地区特定资源环境背景,提出了水环境影响评价指标体系和评价标准,利用灰色关联分析方法,就空冷发电、煤炭间接液化和煤基甲醇3种具有代表性的煤炭加工转化技术项目对水环境的影响进行了评价。结论是煤炭加工转化对水环境的影响程度随地区、技术的不同会有所差异,宁夏自治区煤炭加工转化对水环境的影响程度相对较高。
