摘要
采用微分几何的方法建立了销齿轮齿形的曲线方程,使用自己编写的软件进行销齿轮传动的啮合模拟和动态设计,确定销齿轮的齿顶圆直径、啮合传动的重叠系数以及其它结构参数,修剪齿形曲线,为销齿轮三维建模提供有效的图形数据。在Pro/ENGINEER软件中完成销齿轮的三维建模,通过ProGRAMM读取图形数据,实现销齿轮三维参数化设计,为数控加工编程提供精确的模型。
In this paper,the curvilinear equations of pin gear tooth_outline are deduced by the differential geometry method ,and the software for the dynamic design of pin gear transmission is designed. Pin gear transmission is simulated and pin gear is designed in the dynamic way.
