摘要
不同浓度的NaCl处理黄瓜种子后,通过研究其萌发过程中发芽率、胚根和下胚轴长、胚根和下胚轴以及子叶的鲜重干重、萌发的侧根数、过氧化物酶活性的变化.结果表明:低盐浓度(≤30mmol/L)对黄瓜种子萌发特性无影响或影响较小,高盐浓度(≥90mmol/L)对种子的发芽率、胚根长、下胚轴长、胚根和下胚轴的鲜重干重、子叶的鲜重、侧根数都剧烈降低,过氧化物酶(POD)活性先升后降,并与NaCl处理浓度呈负相关,但盐浓度对子叶干重的影响不明显.
The seeds of Cucumis sativus L were treated with different concentration of NaCl to investigate the changes of germination rate, length of radicel and hypocotyls, fresh dry weight of radicel, hypocotyl and cotyledon, lateral root number and POD activity during the germination process.
