摘要
左金丸是朱丹溪的名方,由黄连和吴茱萸组成,对消化系统具有较广泛的药理作用,还能抑菌、镇痛、抗炎。现代应用非常广泛,尤多用于脾胃功能失调有关的疾病,还用于梅核气、不寐和小儿口腔炎等,均有较好疗效。对左金丸进行方义解析,并根据国内近20年左金丸的研究和应用情况,归纳和分析了其在药理作用、临床应用方面的文献。
