注射用辛芍(冻干粉针)与常用输液配伍稳定性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的:研究注射用辛芍(冻干粉针)在5%葡萄糖和0.9%氯化钠两种输液中的配伍稳定性。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定芍药苷和野黄芩苷在输液中含量及指纹图谱,同时观察输液的外观性状和pH值。结果:注射用辛芍(冻干粉针)与5%葡萄糖注射液和0.9%氯化钠注射液配伍后,在室温10 h内,其色泽、pH值、不溶性微粒、芍药苷和野黄芩苷含量、指纹图谱稳定。结论:在室温条件下10 h内,注射用辛芍(冻干粉针)可与上述两种输液配伍使用。 Objective:To study the stability of Xinshao freeze-dried powder for injection in 5% glucose solution and 0.9% sodium chloride solution.Methods: The stability of Xinshao freeze-dried powder for injection was examined by HPLC determining the contents of paeoniflorin and scutellarin,by observing changes in its appearance,pH value and fingerprint chromatogram in 10 h.Results: No changes in color,pH value,insoluble particles,the contents of paeoniflorin and scutellarin and the fingerprint chromatogram.Conclusion...
