摘要
目的:探讨黄连与吴茱萸及其不同配伍的药性研究。方法:通过检索中药四性、黄连与吴茱萸近年来的国内外文献,并对其进行分析、归纳、总结,从黄连与吴茱萸配伍的化学成分、药理及药性的现代研究进展等方面进行综述。结果:黄连与吴茱萸及其不同配伍的药性研究主要集中在配伍后化学成分含量的变化、药理及临床应用方面,而对于药性药效物质基础以及在分子细胞水平对其配伍后药理药效机制的研究不多。结论:黄连与吴茱萸的药性研究亟需进一步深入。
