基因重组人生长激素治疗生长激素缺乏症疗效观察 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨国产重组人生长激素治疗儿童生长激素缺乏症28例的临床疗效。方法GHD患儿28例,予国产r-hGH每晚皮下注射,0.1IU/kg,疗程6个月。结果治疗6个月后,28例患儿生长速率由(3.2±0.5)cm/年增至(12.3±0.3)cm/年,身高由(117.4±11.3)cm/年增至(123.5±12.3)cm/年,骨龄由(6.3±1.8)岁增至(6.8±1.6)岁。结论国产r-hGH是治疗GHD安全、有效的药物之一,值得临床推广应用。
