摘要
目的评价步长脑心通的临床疗效,验证其治疗急性脑梗死的神经保护作用机制。方法选用86例脑梗死急性期患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组均连续服药2周为一个疗程。并于用药前时及用药后4周时测定患者血中ICAM-1、兴奋性氨基酸(EAA)的含量以及神经功能的评定。结果步长脑心通能显著降低患者血清中ICAM-1及EAA的水平,其作用优于益脑复健胶囊;步长脑心通能显著促进脑梗死患者神经功能的恢复,其作用优于益脑复健胶囊。结论步长脑心通对急性脑梗死有良好的脑保护作用。其作用机制在于通过降低局部脑组织中的ICAM-1、EAA的表达水平,从而减轻缺血性炎症反应,起到对缺血脑组织的神经保护作用。
