摘要
改革开放三十年来,我国城乡获得了巨大的发展,人民生活大为改善,综合国力大幅提升,但是在发展过程中,一些本来存在的问题,尤其如"三农"问题等,非但没有得到很好解决,反而在某些地区有加剧的趋势。究其实质,没有很好地贯彻科学发展观,是主要原因。
