摘要
分析了小电流接地系统单相接地故障选线困难的主要原因,在对单相接地故障暂态与稳态过程仿真的基础上,提出了基于故障录波分析的接地选线保护原理。介绍了一种基于ARM+DSP双CPU硬件结构的新型小电流接地选线装置,并给出了其实现原理和组成结构。实验结果表明,该装置反应速度快、选线精度高。
The main reason that causes the difficulty to locate single-phase grounded fault lines in non-effectively grounded power system was analyzed,and by simulating the transient-state and steady-state character of the fault wave,the principle based on fault record analysis was put forward.Then the design of a new ground-fault protection device based on ARM and DSP was introduced.
