经皮椎体成形术临床应用37例分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成形术(PVP)治疗椎体转移性肿瘤和老年性压缩性骨折的技术操作和临床疗效。方法对37例患者共45个椎体在DSA监视下行PVP,其中椎体转移性瘤21例27个椎体,老年性压缩性骨折16例18个椎体。结果37例手术全部成功,疼痛完全缓解29例(78.4%),部分缓解8例(21.6%)。注入骨水泥2~5ml,中位数3.5ml。骨水泥外漏发生率为17.8%(8/45),均未出现神经压迫症状。结论PVP安全、微创,有止痛和支撑作用,是缓解或消除治疗椎体压缩骨折及转移瘤引起疼痛的一种行之有效的方法。
