摘要
本文在全面分析南京市党政人才、事业单位管理人才和专业技术人才队伍的年龄、学历等结构的基 础上,系统分析了南京市在人才认识、人才市场、人才政策、人才队伍结构、人才利用率等方面存在的主要问 题,提出构建南京市人才支撑体系建设。
This paper systematicaly analyses the main problems of talented person of idea,market,policy,structure, and using rate in Nanjing City,based on the analysis of age structure,educational level structure of the political talented person,the business management talented person and professional talented person in Nanjing City,and puts forward con- strutting the prop system of talented person in Nanjing City.
