摘要
公安院校的建设、公安工作的发展都对当代公安院校学报提出了更高的质量要求。公安院校学报必须及时转变观念,对学报定位、质量评价指标提升、制度建设、队伍建设、现代化建设等方面予以积极探析,寻求质量提升的有效方法与途径,从而有效发挥其服务教学科研,促进公安学科发展,繁荣学术理论的功能。
The construction of the public security colleges and universities and the development of the public security work demand that the journal of present public security colleges and universities improve its quality.The journal of public security colleges and universities should seek effective approaches to improving its quality,so that it can function well in serving the teaching and scientific research,promoting the development of the public security subjects,and making the academic theories prosper.
