摘要
针对辽河干流水文特征、河道特性及防洪特点,探讨了防汛特征水位确定的原则、机理、方法和标准,以年最高水位、最大洪峰流量频率作为警戒水位的基本依据,建立计算模型和检验方法,并从辽河防护对象、洪水特性、堤防工程防御标准和社会经济条件等综合分析,提出辽河干流主要控制站警戒水位。同时,根据堤防工程设计,确定保证水位。
