摘要
采用二次合成法制备了0.68PMN-0.32PT-xCa陶瓷,研究了掺钙离子0.68PMN-0.32PT陶瓷介电性能的影响.结果表明,钙含量每增加1%,相变温度向低温方向移动11.5℃,且具有较好的线性规律.介电峰在掺钙为5%时达到最大值.随着钙供应量的增加,相变弥散性逐步增大,温度稳定性逐步变得较好.
0.68PMN-0.32PT-xCa(x=0,0.02,0.05,0.1mol) ceramics were prepared by columbite precursor method(CPM). The influence of Ca-doping on dielectric properties was investigated. The results indicate that ,the phase transition temperature T_ c decreased with the increment of calcium(Ca) content, added 1 mol%Ca,the phase transition temperature T_ c decreased 11.5℃; the dielectric maximum ε_ m increased but decreased later, the dielectric maximum ε_ m of 5% Ca-doping is the biggest one; diffuseness constant γ increase...
