摘要
根据原油的特性和破乳机理,设计合成了具有适宜芳香度和极性的BAHA非聚醚型破乳剂,该 剂具有较强的增溶、絮凝、击破界面膜的能力。试验数据表明,该剂具有适宜极性(PHA=13~18)时, 对三元复合驱模拟采出液具有较好的破乳脱水效果。
Non-polyether demulsifier BAHA which has the preferred aromaticity and polarity, and has the stronger ability of dissolution, flocculation and breaking-interfacial film, is prepared according to the demulsification mechanisms and the characteristics of crude oil compositions and structures.
