摘要
本文对高校毕业生国家助学贷款还款违约情况进行了分析,根据造成毕业生还贷违约的原因而将违约情况分为“缺乏时间观念、遗失贷款文件却不主动查询还款信息、还款能力不足、缺乏诚信意识的恶意违约以及利息调整造成违约”,并针对每种情况提出相应的解决对策。
