摘要
中小企业创业是国家经济活力的体现,是高新技术产业化的重要的途径,是新兴产业培育发展的增 长点,是失业人员和新就业人员的重要安置渠道。各国政府高度重视,采取了一系列扶持政策措施,已取得了 显著的效果。南京对内创业的扶持政策措施刚刚提出,正在研究制订,很不适应当前发展要求。本文主要探 讨了国外对创业的扶持,对南京借鉴国外经验,为中小企业创业创造优良环境提出了对策建议。
Small-sized enterprises are the important part of a country or a city's economic organizations,so their development mean much to any city including Nanjing. Most countries and cities put enormous emphasis on small-sized enterprises'undertaking, and have made great progress on it. This article does some work on introducing the achievement of that and tries to give some suggestions to Nanjing on learning other countries to help small-sized enterprises'starting undertaking.
