摘要
个人主义价值观的合理内核在于其重视人的价值 ,崇尚人的尊严 ,注重个人的自主和自我发展。管理从本质上讲是一种属人的活动。管理绩效依赖于承担管理主体与管理客体之责的人最大限度的发挥其积极性 ,履行管理职能与义务。因而批判地吸收 ,运用个人主义价值理论指导管理实践有助于管理目标的实现 ,丰富管理的内涵 ,促进管理的科学化 。
The rational kernel of the values of individualism lies in attaching importance to people’s value, advocating people’s dignity, laying stress on the individual self-development. Management is speaking from the essence a kind of activity which belongs to the person. Management performance depend on the people who undertook the manage subject and object full play his enthusiasm and fulfill management function and obligation. Therefore it is helpful of the criticized absorption and using the values of individualism to guide manage practice to contribute to the realization of the management objectives,the intension of abundant management,promote the scientific and modernization process of management.
