摘要
本研究选取北京市4所建立了资源教室的随班就读学校,就其资源教室的运作状况、资源教室行政管理状况、资源教师的能力和观念、资源教师面临的问题,用半结构式访谈方式展开调查。调查结果表明,北京市随班就读学校开办资源教室亟需解决如下问题加强对资源教师的专业教学知识、技能培训;系统收集、研制有效的诊断评估工具;减少资源教师的兼任职务,正确计算资源教师的工作量。
With the self-designed semi-structured questionnaire, the article examined the practicing, administration of resource rooms in the integrated schools of Beijing, and also surveyed the capacities and opinions of resource teachers and their predicaments. The results suggested that strengthening teacher training in professional knowledge and skills, collecting and developing effective assessment tools, and reducing the pluralistic jobs of resource teachers were problems need to be resolved urgently.
