江泽民提出和论述了一系列国防和军队建设思想,其方法论特色是与时俱进,不断创新的超前理念;矛盾观点和系统观点相结合的分析方法;有所为有所不为的发展谋略。
The theory from Jiang Ze-min on national defense and the construction of the armies centers on the methodological concepts of 'keeping pace with times and being creative' and the principle of 'focusing on cer-tain tasks while putting others aside'. It also combines the views of contradiction and systematicness.
