摘要
啮合齿轮在稳定工作时,由于摩擦等原因,引起齿轮轮体、润滑油、箱体的温度变化。该文运用热弹性力学原理,分析了在没有加工误差或齿轮副安装误差的条件下,温度变化对啮合齿轮侧隙的影响,计算了保证热变形齿轮正常工作所需的最小侧隙。
Friction between the meshed gears under the stable working condition may lead to temperature change of the gear body,lubricant oil and gearbox cases. Based on the thermoelastic mechanics,the influence of temperature change on the meshed gear's backlash is analyzed,and the essential minimum backlash is calculated on condition that there are no processing errors and installing errors.The initial center distance is also given.
