摘要
通过对小量程智能厚膜压力变送器的传感器新技术、变送器智能化硬件、软件技术研究,以及对抗干扰和封装技术的设计,介绍了该变送器的工作原理及特点。研制结果表明,小量程智能厚膜压力变送器由于智能化的实现,克服了该类压力变送器的不足,进一步提高了变送器的温度性能和精度,拓宽了应用范围,并且结构简单,功能性和可靠性增强。
The characteristics of the developed thick-film intelligent pressure transmitter with low pressure scale are introduced.The intelligent processing of signals is described from designing of the hardware and software. The anti-interference techniques and the encapsulation technique are discussed. The developed intelligent transmitter can overcome the shortcoming of the common pressure transmitters in performance. The temperature performance and measuring precision are also improved. The presented system is simple in structure, powerful in functions and reliable in operation,so it can be applied widely.
