摘要
文章介绍一种基于激光扫描F.P.干涉原理的线性热膨胀系数测试仪,其测试温度范围从室温到800℃,温度控制精度Δt=1℃。绝对热胀量可测准到8nm,相对长度变化可测准到1/10-7(ΔL/L)数量级。实验给出了2种样品(铁和镍)的线性热膨胀系数的测试结果,证明膨胀曲线显示了良好的线性关系。
An instrument for measuring the linear thermal expansion coefficient based on the principle of laser scanning Fabry-Perot interferometer is introduced in this paper. Its testing range of temperatures is from the room temperature to 800 ℃,its controlled temperature precision reaches that Δt=1 ℃, the absolute thermal expansion quantity comes to 8 nm, and the relative change in length is up to 1/107(ΔL/L).Finally, the test results of the linear thermal expansion coefficient of two kinds of specimens made of iron and nickel respectively are presented and a good linear correlation is shown respectively.
