摘要 大直径新型多滚压轮测量法,降低了传统的单滚压轮法存在的滚压轮打滑对测量精度的影响量,但对测量装置的装调系统提出更高的要求。文章详细介绍了一种新型的大直径多滚压轮法测量装置的装调系统,这种系统结构简单,装配、调整及拆卸方便,不仅便于携带到工作现场,而且能够保证测量效率和质量。 The new measuring means for the measurement of big diameter workpieces based on the mutiple rolling wheel method reduces the effect of measuring accuracy which is not high due to wheel-slide when the one rolling wheel method is adopted,but the new measuring means requires an advanced assembling & adjusting system. A new type of the assembling & adjusting system for measuring the large diameter workpieces based on the mutiple rolling wheel method is introduced in this paper. The overall design and the framework design of the new assembling & adjusting system are described.The framework of the presented system is simple, and assembling,adjusting and disassembling of the system are convenient, so this system is easy to be carried to the worksite with guarantee of both measuring quality and efficiency.
