摘要
通过对组织群体中各类人员的分析,提出领导者应针对不同下属采取不同的激励方法,调动其工作的积极性。
By means of analysis about various community personnel,this paper puts forward that learders should adopt different incentive measures for different subordinates so as to excite their work motivation.
