摘要 目的探讨便携式红外测温仪测量体温的质量控制和质量保证。方法采用不同的时间、不同的测定条件和测量方法用红外测温仪对人体进行测定并与医学水银体温计测定结果比较,观察测定结果的准确性和稳定性。结果红外测温仪测体温存在误差。结论便携式红外测温仪使用前需要校正,不同测温仪误差大小各不相同。测量方法和环境条件影响测量的准确性。 Object To investigate the quality assurance and quality control of body temperature taking by infrared thermometer. Method Different time and different determination methods and determination conditions were adopted to take body temperature with infrared thermometer.The accuracy and stability of determination were assessed by comparing the results to date acquired from medical mercury thermometer. Result Errors might be made while taking body temperature with infrared thermometer. Conclusion The infrared thermometers were needed adjustment before use.The magnitude of error differs among different thermometers.Determination methods and conditions were major factors affecting the accuracy of determination.
