摘要
我国企业集团在预算组织、预算编制与实施以及激励方面存在诸多问题。本文从上述问题出发 。
There are many problems in organizing, drawing up , implementing and encouraging in enterprises budget of our country. This article suggests some measures and countermeasures to improve budget management efficiency.
