摘要
采用高能球磨法制备了纳米锌/聚氯乙烯复合材料作为电流变液体的分散颗粒,运用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射仪对复合材料的粒径、微观形貌特征和结构进行了分析和探讨。研究结果表明,经过超声振动后复合颗粒分布较均匀,100 h球磨后锌粒的粒径大约为100 nm左右,呈层片状分布,聚氯乙烯与锌复合后,能够均匀地包覆在锌粒的表面。
As the dispersed particles in electrorheological fluids, the nanometer polyvinyl chloride (PVC)/Zn composites are prepared by high energy ball mill. The diameter of particles, mierostructure and characterization of nanometer PVC/Zn composites are studied by X -ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The results show that diameter of zine particles are in rang of 100 nm in parallel form, which are even wrapped by PVC layer.
