摘要 KIR基因位于人染色体19q34,呈共显性表达。编码蛋白主要分布于NK细胞和T细胞,特异性识别HLA分子,传导活化或抑制信号,调控杀伤功能。观察表明,骨髓移植时供者KIR表型与受者HLA表型可影响骨髓移植的预后。不同种族的KIR表达有着明显的差异,因此有必要研究中国人的KIR遗传背景。本文对杀伤免疫球蛋白样受体(KIR)的进化、遗传、表达规律和功能进行综述。 The evolution, expression, and function of killer immunoglobulin-like receptor (KIR) gene are reviewed in this article. KIR gene locates in human chromosome 19q34 with codominance expression. The protein coded by KIR gene expresses mainly on NK cells and T cells. Stimulatory or inhibitory signals can be transferred when KIR band with HLA antigen, thus cytotoxic function of NK cells be regulated. Clinic observation proves that the prognosis of bone marrow transplantation can be affected by the KIR phenotype of donor and HLA phenotype of the receptor. KIR expressions are diversity in different populations, so it is necessary to study KIR expression in Chinese people.
