摘要
基于发动机滑油系统故障诊断的光谱分析方法,以这种方法所检测的金属磨粒含量为依据,利用不同的材料其化学成分不同这一性质,建立一个线性方程组。通过求解线性方程组来判断哪种材料的磨损量较大,从而为故障部件的判定提供充分的依据。
This methodology is based on the spectroscopic analysis in diagnosing engine lubricating oil system malfunction, and measuring the content of metal granule in lubricating oil accordingly. Then establishing a group of linear equation according to the character that different materials have different chemical ingredients. By solving these linear equations to determine which kind of materials have larger attrite quantum, thereby could provide the basis to attrite parts estimation
