摘要
混凝土空心砌块是既可用于承重,又可作为填充材料的非黏土质新型墙材产品,但热工性能较差是其应用中较突出的问题之一。本研究以此为重点,从原料选择、配方优化、胶集料匹配粘结等方面进行了研究试验,在废渣掺量达80%以上的情况下,使轻集料混凝土及制品的热工性能显著提高,导热系数为0.130~0.145W/m·K,容重为600~800kg/m3,单一材料即可满足建筑节能50%的要求,技术、经济、社会效益十分显著。
Concrete hollow block is a new kind of wallmaterial, which can be used as load bearing material or asfilling material. But its poor thermal property is a notableshortcoming in its application. The choice of raw material,optimizing formulation and binding medium had been stud-ied and tested. The result showed that the thermal propertyof lightweight aggregate concrete and its products had beenimproved remarkably when the waste addition was over80%, its thermal coefficient was 0.130~0.145w/mk, vol-ume density was 600~800kg/m3. The single use of thesematerials in construction can realize 50% energy-saving, soits technique economy and society effect are remarkable.
