摘要
通过温室和田间试验测定了链霉菌菌株S 3、S 5、S 16对茄子黄萎病菌的防病效果。结果表明 ,链霉菌对茄子黄萎病的防病效果与施用量及其有效孢子量有关。随菌剂接种量增加 ,防病效果增强 .5 %链霉菌菌粉拌土S 3、S 5和S 16的防病效果分别为 10 0 %、5 5 .2 5 %、6 6 .2 5 %。在温室接种病原菌的条件下 ,S 3菌株菌剂拌土及其发酵液灌根防病效果最好。在使用初期影响茄苗生长。在自然发病的保护地使用链霉菌菌剂沟施防病效果接近化学农药多菌灵 ,在营养钵中穴施防病效果超过化学农药多菌灵 ,在自然发病田链霉菌菌株对茄苗生长无影响。
The effects of streptomyces strains S-3、S-5、S-16 on the control of eggplant verticillium wilt were studied by treating the soil with strain and fermentation extract in greenhouse and field experiments.The results show that control effects of all strains were related with the amount of antagonistic agent added in the cultural soil.Adding 1% antagonistic agent to the soil, all strain did not reduce the disease severity.At 5% the effect of streptomyces strains S-3, S-5 and S-16 were 100%,55.25% and 66.25% respectively as compared to the control treatment, however, after application of streptomyces strain S-3,the seedling growth were inhibited a little; S-5、S-16 had no damage to the growth from 1% to 5% antagonistic agent added to soil. Appilcation of fermentative broth contained the antagonistic compound from the streptomyces strains, all show better control effect on eggplant wilt.On the field trial in which the streptomyces agent were introduced by adding to culture soil and seedling ditch, the results showed that the strains S-3、S-5 and S-16 can significantly reduced percentage of disease severity 89.09%,78.18% and 81.82% respectively, as compared to control treatment.All .streptomyces strains had better effects on the control of disease than those of chemical treatment. Those results may give a clue to the further study on improving application of streptomyces strains to control soil-borne disease and probing mechanism of suppression of .verticillum wilt.
