摘要
细胞色素P4 5 0是广泛存在植物体中的一种多功能氧化酶 ,它在植物对病原侵袭的防御反应中起着重要的作用。本文从植物P4 5 0的多样性 ,及在寄主 病原物不亲和互作中的特异表达 ,证明了P4 5 0参与植物的抗病反应 ;同时 ,分析P4 5 0在植物抗病反应的作用途径 ,说明P4 5 0在植物抗病基因工程中存在巨大的应用潜力。
Cytochromes P450 form the largest family of plant proteins.It plays very important role in defending disease of plants.In this paper,we review that P450 improve plant defence against insects and pathogens by the discuss of the diverse of P450 and the special expression of P450 in host-pathogen incompatible interaction.Meanwhile,the ways of P450 to improve plant protection was analyzed.The paper showed that the potential of P450 for plant disease resistance engineering.
