Research on E-Commerce Oriented Service Level Agreements

摘要 对面向电子商务的服务等级协议(SLA)进行了研究,提出了基于XMLSchema的SLA通用信息结构,给出了SLA规定的服务质量参数验证系统框架,对服务质量参数用户响应时间与网络带宽的关系进行排对论统计分析. Research on e-commerce oriented service level agreements is made in this paper. SLA general information structure based on XML Schema is presented. QoS parameter verification framework is given. A statistical analysis on mapping applicationlevel response time to link bandwidth and router throughput is given.
