用于块匹配运动估值的预测正方形-菱形搜索算法

摘要 在正方形-菱形搜索(SDS)的基础上,再根据视频序列图像帧相邻空间块和对应的运动向量的高度空间相关性,提出了一种预测正方形-菱形搜索算法(PSDS)。该算法在运动估值的过程中引入了预测运动向量的概念,与SDS算法具有相似的计算复杂度,但是视频编码质量优于SDS算法。 In this paper a new fast motion estimation algorithm, named as Predicted Square -Diamond Search, is presented. The algorithm is actually based on Square-Diamond Search algorithm (SDS). The algorithm also considers that adjacent blocks and their motion vectors (MV) are highly correlated. The algorithm manages to have similar complexity with the SDS algorithm ,while having superior and more robust quality.
