摘要
根据实验结果,分析了不锈钢焊条熔渣宏观断口形貌和熔渣的微观结构对脱渣性的影响。试验结果表明:渣壳内气孔数少、尺寸较小、渣的致密度较高时,脱渣性好。熔渣的微观结构中,渣壳中白色球状相数量较少、白色第二相结构呈树枝状或方向性较强的骨架状和枝状结构时,不锈钢焊条的脱渣性能好。
The effects of macroscopic fracture surface patterns and microstructure of slag of stainless steel electrode on the slag detachability have been analyzed. From the study it can be known that the slag detachability is excellent when the porosity amount is less, size little, and fine and close in texture in the solidified slag. The white spherical phrase in microstructure is harmful which leads to slag stick. However the slag detachability is excellent when the white second phrase presents branched or skeleton appearance. And the slag detachability is also excellent when the basicity of slag is low.
