摘要
系统考察了载体粒径大小、添加助剂、及活性组分的不均匀分布对Co/SiO2 催化剂反应性能的影响。结果表明 :随着粒径的增大 ,由于扩散控制的影响 ,催化剂的活性快速下降。采用添加助剂、制备“蛋壳”型催化剂可大幅提高其费托反应活性。所制备的含助剂“蛋壳”型催化剂Co /SiO2 在温度2 30℃ ,压力 1.2MPa ,空速 5 0 0h- 1条件下 ,CO转化率为 74 .17% ,C+5选择性为 85 .5 5 %。
The effect of carrier's diameter, adding-on catalyst promoters and inhomogeneous distribution of active component on the reaction performance of Co/SiO 2 catalyst is studied systematically. The results indicate that the activity of catalyst is dropped rapidly with the increase of gain diameter because of the influence of dispersion control.The actirity of Fischer-Tropsch can be increased obviously by adding promoters and preparing “eggshell-shaped” catalyst Co/SiO 2.The CO conversion rate is 74.17%, and the selectivity of C 5+ is 85.55% using said “eggshell-shaped” Co/SiO 2 catalyst comprising of promoters at 230℃, 1.2MPa, and space velocity of 500h -1.
