摘要
目的 探讨小剂量 13 1碘分次疗法治疗毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿的疗效。 方法 13 1I剂量降至常规计算用量的 1/2～ 2 /3 ,1次顿服 ,3个月为 1个疗程 ,进行疗效复查 ,总剂量 1.5～ 8 mCi。 结果 3 2 7例患者中 ,痊愈 3 0 9例 ,治愈率 94.5 % ,未愈 14例 ,占 4.3 % ,4例出现早发甲状腺功能低下 (甲低 ) ,经治疗或观察半年后恢复。治愈总疗程 1～ 3个 ,时间 3～ 9个月。痊愈病例中 ,服药 1个疗程治愈 98人 ( 3 1.7% ) ,2个疗程治愈 182人 ( 5 8.9% ) ,3个疗程治愈 2 9人( 9.4% ) ,观察 5～ 11年 ,3 0 9例治愈患者中未出现甲亢复发或晚发甲低。 结论 小剂量 13 1I是治疗毒性弥漫性甲状腺肿安全、有效的方法。
Objective To investigate the clinical treatment of Graves' diseases with small dosage of 131 I. Methods We reduced the dosage of 131 I to 1/2～2/3 of the calculated quantity,counterchecked the patients who took 131 I one time per three months,three months was one therapeutic course,the total dosage was 1.5～8.0 mCi. Results 309 cases were cured in 327 cases,the cure rate was 94.5%. 14 cases were not cured. Early hypothyroidism occurred in 4 cases and recovered after treatment. The total time was 3～9 months,1～3 therapeutic course. Of all cured cases,98 cases were cured in the first course(31.7%),182 in the second course(58.9%),29 in the third course(9.4%). 309 of all cured cases didn't have relapsed hyperthyroidism or late hypothyroidism. Conclusions The method to treat Graves' diseases with small dosage of 131 I is safe and effective.
