摘要
由于人口高度集中、建筑密集,加之人类工程活动对地质环境的改造强烈,城市地质灾害发生的强度和频度也相应较高。地质灾害危险性评价是城市规划的依据,对城市发展至关重要。城市的自然条件、地质环境和城市功能不同,其存在的地质灾害类型和灾害严重程度也不同,大体可分为平原城市、山区城市、沿海城市、矿业城市四种基本类型分别进行灾害危险性评价。危险性评价的主要步骤为:初步确定可能发生的灾害类型;分别对各单一灾种进行危险性评价;将单一灾种评价的结果叠加,得出城市地质灾害危险性综合评价成果,即:地质灾害危险性区划(一般划分为4个等级)。在危险性评价的基础之上,建立灾害预测预报和监测系统,进而应逐步建立和完善城市地质灾害防御系统。
With the high concentration of population and buildings,at the same time the severe change for geogra-phy environment by engineering,the intensity and freguency of urban geologic hazards are being accelerated.Risk assessment provides scientific basis for urban programme and is of importance for urban development.With the dif-ference of natural condition and urban function among cities,the types and severities of geologic hazards are dif-ferent.So we can classify them as plain city,mountain city,costal city and mining city to assess risk.The main steps for risk assessment are as,defining the type of occurred hazard,evaluating the risk of every haz-ard,correlate the evaluated results of all hazards and at last drawing the integrated risk result which are ranking of geologic hazards.(In general,we rank them as catastrophic,critical,marginal and negligible.)Based on the risk assessment,we should set up hazard forecasting and monitoring system and set up and perfected the geologic hazard preventing system.
