摘要
报道了以高温固相法合成SrAl2O4:Tb3+光致绿色荧光粉,并用X射线粉末衍射对其结构进行了表征。在SrAl2O4:Tb3+体系中加入Ce3+,得到了发绿色光的长余辉荧光粉,利用荧光分光光度计测定了两种荧光粉的激发光谱和发射光谱。对荧光体发光机理进行了探讨:认为O2-空位Vo是一种电子俘获陷阱,是形成余辉的根本原因,Ce3+的加入使陷阱的深度适宜而使余辉时间延长。
A kind of green phosphors SrAl_2O_4: Tb^(3+) is synthesized in high temperature, its structure is token by X-ray. The results of the measurement indicate that after adding Ce^(3+) to the system of SrAl_2O_4: Tb^(3+), the system′s luminescence intensity and afterglow time are all increased. its excitation spectra and emission spectra are determined. The mechanism of long afterglow is described as electron traps, the addition of Ce^(3+) makes the fitting traps, therefore lead to the long afterglow.
